With zeal, love, and a spirit of missionary dedication, these educators teach the young students the sacred science of theology and the ethos of the Orthodox faith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Theological school in Ghana inaugurated amidst chanting of hymns<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the inauguration ceremony of this fundamental school in Orthodox Theology in Africa, the students chanted hymns, marking the commencement of this new spiritual endeavour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Introductory addresses were delivered by the Very Reverend Archimandrite Aedesius Mukeke, representing the faculty, and Mr. Alkiviades Yaw Obeng Adjei, representing the student body, who spoke about the life and legacy of Saint Cyril Lucaris, the illustrious Patriarch of Alexandria and beacon of Orthodox theology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/orthodoxiapost.com\/index.php\/2025\/11\/07\/humanitarian-aid-greek-people-african-brothers\/\">His Eminence Metropolitan Daniel <\/a>of Accra then celebrated the Service of the Blessing of Waters (Agiasmos), invoking God\u2019s grace upon this new educational institution and offering prayers for the progress and success of both students and teachers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In his address, His Eminence conveyed the heartfelt blessings and paternal wishes of His Beatitude Theodoros II, Pope and Patriarch of Alexandria and All Africa, and expressed the deep gratitude of the Orthodox Church in Ghana to the distinguished professors of the School, who, with missionary devotion, accepted to contribute to this significant work of spiritual education and formation for the youth of Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ceremony concluded with the presentation of student identity cards by His Eminence to the newly enrolled students, along with the distribution of Orthodox theological publications, offered as a spiritual resource for their academic and personal growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The inauguration of the <a href=\"https:\/\/envi.ionio.gr\/saint-cyril\/en\/school\/greetings\/\">\u201cSaint Cyril Lucaris\u201d School of Orthodox Theology and Culture <\/a>marks a new chapter in Orthodox education in Ghana, dedicated to serving the word of Truth and radiating the light of Orthodoxy throughout the Orthodox communities of the nation.<\/p>\n\n\n<div
